Help - Expand to the Japanese market

Hey everyone,
I am looking to expand to the Japanese market, and because of that I am looking for a new affiliate marketing network that have products in the Diet\weight loss niche(can be everything from app to physical object) with Japanese landing page and can't seems to find any.

Do you know any affiliate network that have something like that?
