Help: downloaded FLV from youtube, want to reup, ADOBE PREMIERE trouble please help

    so i got adobe premiere cs4. i just wanted to add a watermark to this youtube FLV i downloaded.

    problem is in CS4 adobe premiere i cannot get the damn settings right to start with bc my videos are coming out the wrong sizes and they are not maintainign the youtube 640x480

    i will rep the first person that posts a way to fix this.

    using the Ipod video of 640x480

    my input vid is 640x480 but it wont export to that and its frustrating as hell! keeps getting larger

    That's exactly what i was going to suggest. It's simple and it's free. Adobe premiere seems like it would just be overkill.

    what about video quality does it maintain the quality? im using a gif i created for the watermarking

    once i added the watermarks in premiere, exported, uploaded to youtube, the quality was LOW!!! i was shocked how poorly it appeareed

    it wont change the quality at all. you might have to convert it to a different format first and convert it back when finished. i don't think virtual dub recognizes flv.

    im using premiere though, vdub didnt recognize the AVI file bc of codec issues.

    download the codec pack. it takes less than a minute to watermark a video in virtualdub

    if you just wanna watermark then get videocharger it has a 20 days trial and you can easily watermark a video no need for anything complex to be done.

    will it maintain high quality within the video though? thats the big riddle

    you can choose different formats even HD if your original clip is HD too if you go from mp4 to flv it will lower the quality but not if you output the clip in the same high quality.

    I suggest you use amiersoft video converter. This is really good to water mark and convert videos into various formats. Search in any warez forum and you will find it for FREE
