If you can't find your site by typing site:domain.com. Then probably your site is banned by google. Unless its a branded domain or fancy domain try to recover it by deleting your backlinks. If not go for a new domain pull all site contents from your old domain to your new domain. Then 301 redirect your old domain to new one. Start building backlinks for your new domain. Be happy.

try to wait for sometime as it seems likely like google dance. However if site:domain.com doenst show your site, then most likely your site is banned. In that case create a new domain and put all the content there and start backlinking your new domain.

This could be your answer from G itself:

    http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/oLRDYnMlcT0

    Else

Your webpage could have hit an anti-spam filter because the page is spamming that keyword in G's eyes.

I dont understand what youre saying? Is your website indexed or not? Try site:yourwebsite.tld and if its not there then youre probaly sandboxed and are better off starting on a fresh domain. If youre still indexed you probaly just got inbound links devalued by an cruel google animal.
