Hello guys, I am trying to buy TRAT coin using Ethereum through hotbit.io exchanger but it's been more than 8 hours and nothing is confirmed? Anyone knows why?

This coin is a shitcoin .One address has 50% of the coins

I saw that had dozens of pumps and dumps this month and it's x10 since yesterday.. but my hotbit confirmation didn't came , what a shitty thing.
