[Help] Creating an RSS feed or links and submitting them

I'm looking for a simple method of creating an RSS feed of links which i can then submit to various RSS aggregators so I can easily ping them all and attract spiders.

Can anyone help me put together the simplest method of doing this?

I think it would benefit a lot of the work here to iron this out.

Check out html2rss.com...That's exactly what that site does.

That's brilliant guys, exactly what I wanted.

Now I need to submit to as many RSS feeds as easily as possible.

Is there a site which can do this?
