    Simple Shit I do:

Search "site:example.com" if you see any results, good, its indexed. If not, check the backlinks for anything suspicious. It could of been penalized. If everything looks normal then you can still use, just need to get it re-indexed.

Check the CF and TF on Majestic. I like anything 10+ If its below, don't bother with.

DA and PA should be 20+

    MozRank 3+

Again, check backlinks to be sure they're good quality, no Chinese anchor text.

Check the past content, was it heavily spammed with posts full of outbound links? Might of been abused as a PBN domain. If so, drop it. No chinese content either.

Thats about all I can think of off the top of my head tbh.

Here are the two most important things to check before deciding if a domain is good enough to be a money site:

    1. Links/Anchors - If you see any bad anchors, overoptimization in anchors, that GSA chinese anchor we all know too well - move to the next one, those are deal breakers
    2. Archive - if you see unrelated articles and keyword anchor texts used in each - previous PBN - not good, if you see multiple drops where the site changes subhject completely - most likely an affiliate site (usually comes with bad anchors from 1. ) - not good most of the time

If all this checks out on a domain, you just need to make sure the domain is powerful enough to give you a nice boost when you are setting up the money site.
