A few adsense do's and dont's
Don't design your site to the point where your ads are obvious. You must think like your visitors. Seriously ask yourself this question. Say, "Self, How many ads do I click on when I visit a users site?"
Your answer is probably not many. The more educated a person is, the less likely they are to click on one of your ads because they know, by clicking on the ad, it will not lead them to their answer.
Keep in mind your visitors are not coming to your site because they heard about your cool looking ads.
Shy away from bright colors and borders that seem to shout, "I am an ad".

ADD some content here--you know to keep the reader
interested in what you have to tell them. The main
thing about this little snippet of code is that it

Let me explain to you why this works. The majority of the high paying
adsense clickers out there read text from left to right. I know, I know,
forget if you live in Nappa, Nappa and your teacher told you to read from right to left.
It may be the correct way, but it isn't for the West. So by floating your Ad smack in the middle of your text and to the left. Guess what this will do. It will get your text more views, and if you have some interesting ads, which you will because Google will dispatch relevant ads according to your site text.
They will more likely clickon this ad. Why? Because its the first thing they See and some smart advertiser stayed up all night to craft the ad copy to gain the visitors attention.

Don't Put too many ad blocks on your site. I know what your thinking right. "But Hey Money2spare, the more ads I have the greater the chances are people will click on them."
I hear your logic, and while it sounds good, and I am with you. It is not the way adsense works. Now if you are already making a killing using your current method, keep doing it. But if you are not. By all means use less ads.
Here is why. From my research, Google will send you top paying ads from jump street. They are not all that bad. But, at the same time, when you ad more blocks, they will also send you low paying ads to balance you out. They will assume your site is not about content, but rather a MFA= Made For Adsense.
Google's main mantra is to provide quality to the user. Let me explain what happens. The more ads you have the lower your EPCM is. This determine how much you will be paid per 1000 visits.
I will try to explain this in a method in which everyone will understand.
Let's say for example purposes we have a room with three people in it. These three people will represent are 1st adsense ads. Also these three people have a net-worth of $1 Million dollars each.
Ok, then we decide to let another three friends in. (remember people = adsense blocks) and out of these three people. One is unemployed. The other makes $20k per year. And the other is a successful blackhat making $200k per year.
Let me ask you a question. What just happened to our average net-worth in room? Did it not go down?
So let me ask you another question. "Why are you complaining about lower adsense dollars, when you are the ones letting your additional friends into a millionaire party killing your revenues?" You are a good friend. But a Bad Business person.
So while you may get less clicks. Doesn't it make sense to get paid more for the ones you do get, so it balances out. Or better yet improves your earnings.
Which would you rather have 13 clicks paying you .08 cents or 1 click that pays you $1.21?
But hey listen up, sometimes you will have those friends that are insistent on crashing your party. Here is what you do for them. You Forcefully remove them. "But How you may ask?" Easy!
Below is a site that is your personal judge for finding deadbeat friends.
My suggestion to you is get rid of anything Diet related as they don't pay well. You will get a hang of what to do. But once you do. Login to your account and ban those urls from displaying on your site.
