[Help] Becoming a Microsoft Reseller

So I've been looking a lot into becoming a Microsoft Licensing Reseller. I was just wondering if anyone here is in the program or knows much about it. I do run a small side job repairing computers and this would be awesome if I could get Windows at a better price for my customers.

Anyone have any tips to getting into the program? Or how much you get Windows for?

If your looking to get into Windows Reselling because Ebay banned you for Copyright, just sell autodesk instead, they dont give a shit apparently.
