What kind of sites were they?

Build new links move on unless you brought from a seller who gave guarantee there’s nothing you can do

They got deleted because the site owners didn't like what you posted.
Thats why people post in niche sites, because it seems relevant what you post.
or sites which are unmoderated by admins.
These helps your links to remain permanent for a longer period of time.

This might have happened
E.g. Your website is about some health niche, but you posted in technology niche website.
Admin of the website got notice of your health niche link in their technology website and removed it.

or your just spammed a website with your links, no admin want his website to get spammed. So he removed your posts.
