Hopefully this time I am posting in right place

Would appreciate some feedback for this new site before it gets mass promoted.
Need some helpful and constructive criticism...about site design and site flow

You should remove the background image. I can't even tell what it's supposed to be, a cellphone, remote control, mp3-player. The first thing that popped into my mind looking at the part on the right was "looks like a air conditioner"...

I like the think agency's site at the bottom of the site you showed... now that is a clean design.

When I go to a category, like movies, music etc, the short description of every thumbnail/clip is too short for my taste. Same with the popular videos widget on right. Other than that is a nice site, congrats.

Think the overall design layout is great. Images can be sharpened either that or I need new glasses.

Think of a strong "Call To Action" graphic above the fold (as they say) if you are trying to get your site viewers to sign up for something
