Your blog looks very amateur, it needs more work. Add more quality content, write original articles and do not copy too much.

Just looked but I am not sure what its about. It looks very cluttered and just a random set of articles about different things. I have no idea what I would come there for. It looks like you have used every option in the theme which I guess is Sahifa. There is just too much in the way of random ramblings. I also dont want to sign up to an email list as soon as I arrive. I would delete the whole lot and start again and stick to what you want it to be about first.

    Design is just catastrophic.

Why do you in a clear mind think that if you have 3000 ads on your post people will love you and just randomly click on those ads?

Ads should be hidden, they have to look like a part of your website, if you work for money, you will get site with no real visitors, people will hate you and you will make no profit.

"Sahifa" theme is nice :D Try promote yourself in social media, maybe using some bots like MassPlaner or semi automatic like Buzzbundle

You should buy a better theme. I recommend genesis.

Also. What's your focus. What are you really interested in writing? You need to figure this out. Feels like you're just throwing out a bunch of articles without a clear direction of what you want your blog to be.

    Hope that helps.

Got it i agree with you email subscription arrives too early. Major focus was motivational articles along with quotes. But later on We came with idea to add facts too.We then again came up with idea to skip facts but after getting readers suggestion we skipped this idea because alot of them were interested in facts section. I am also thinking to change theme.
    Thank you

The major focus was motivational articles. But after writing few we came to know its little bit tough to do so. So we came with other articles such as tech and facts and then focusing on motivation/self-improvement niche i think our website became some sort of entertainment/news/media website.
But what the reason for this ? We did this because while testing it on social media our readers were interested in other categories too + Those categories were much more easier to write i.e more content more traffic. So yes more traffic was also target. But still traffic is not great

To me the 'Lift up ideas' sound like something about fitness - so when I went there I was hoping to see something about it.
The problem is that your articles say 'fun and quotes' and not what I would expect from the title...

    Content:
On the bottom it says that you are a content writer, ( the advert), so if you want to use this page as a portfolio try to make articles longer and better, and push all the best on the header so that your visitors can see them the first.

    Adverts:
Reduce the number of adverts on the home page.
ContentAd is useless trust me, you don't need that.
Lose the Sponsored Widgets from PublicityAd, it is empty, you will find advertisers easily when you get more traffic..

    Additional:
You don't need SumoMe to share, you have the buttons under your posts for that.

I am not good with the shapes or colors, or web design in general, so I can not tell you anything about the theme or how would you shape it. Personally I like 'rude' and basic themes so I can't really suggest anything.

you should do more in depth keyword research about your niche before starting any website. First do keyword research then keep on posting article with good on page seo. Then boom wait and then bank ;) That's my strategy to bank.

Hire professionals who can bring up their own words, like each can think independently of something unique. Make it something more unique and diversed so you may drag in multiple dimensional audience.

Think of a theme for your blog. Theme here is the niche( or sub-niche) that your blog will be known for. That done, dress it up with themes like genesis. Then do a little digging on your competition, spend some time on identifying your audience and what they are likely to be interested in. In short, you have to create an identity for your blog, a unique one at that. And then when you see a steady flow of traffic on a daily basis, think of inserting ads under the fold ( there are a lot of articles written on this topic.Google is all you need for this purpose) for maximum click through.

For starters, think of it as a charity with NO ads. Without traffic your ads are of no value. And if you don't focus on building relationship with your readers from the word "go", you are unlikely to be successful in the long run.

Design looks confusing and cluttered to me .You might want to choose a better theme for your blog.Just my opinion though.

I see that you've got 6.3k shares. You could try with facebook ads to target the niche related audience to get more page likes and more shares and generate more traffic .It might just work, you never know.

Too many ads on the home page some people might perceive it as spammy page.

I had a similar idea (never followed up on it). This site can work if you use social media correctly. What you need to do is to create some lists incorporating a photo gallery. Look at Buzzfeed for some ideas. Create a post like "10 Celebrity Aw Moments" or "14 Hairstyles of Mother Teresa 1990-2002". OK, just kidding on that one. But you get the idea. Utilize the public interest in celebrity, style, fashion, health and work this into your theme of uplifting stories. The second thing you need to do is buy traffic to these new pages. Use Facebook and Bing ads. What you should get as a result is people sharing your content on Facebook, Twitter, etc. Adsense is a good monetization method on these pages too.
