Help, affiliate network

I need help because i am required to track affiliate signups for every one of my members. I need to know how to insert a subid such as ?sub=#USERNAME# into any affiliate links. How can i do this with any affiliate link? Also, i'm having trouble finding incentivizable affiliate programs on various networks such as CJ and others. Thanks

please, anyone?
