help about monetizing youtube videos[ 2 videos on 2 different accounts]

hello bhw i would like to ask for a little help. i have 2 videos on 2 different accounts they are songs and one have 150k + views and another one have 250k + views and they both getting from 100 to 300 views daily together, so i wanted to know if i can somehow monetize them. can i like them both to 1 adsense account? also will i have to wait for activation pin when from adsense to test it or can do it instantly? some tips will be very thankful since i didnt worked with adsense and yt, thank you guys <3

anyone can help me and tell me if i can somehow monetize these accounts if youtube monetizing option is not available for my country? can i link them with adsense and how ?
