It's easy to get spot #1-3 with little effort?
This niche is easy monetizeable : adsense , clickbank + affiliate products.

If you want your keywords be competitive, use adwords instead.

    "Exact: 1900 USA 300+"

    Does it mean ?

    Global searches - 1900
    Local Searches (USA) - 300

Answer this. I will definitely give some suggestions.

    Idem.

P.S.: Why the column with domain age is so different in those screenshots?

Yes, that's what I was thinking.

Exact domain name is taken (. com .net .org costs $649 - premium domain
    I think I will register best+ketword1+keyword2.com

Traffic Travis doesn't not display information about domain age. Why ?

If I were at your place, I would have never proceeded with this. Why?

    1. US Exact - Local search is too low. I consider something like 2000+.
    2. Exact KW domain not available(.com, .net, .org). Job will be much easier if KW domain is available without suffix or prefix.

If you could have got exact match domain you could have easily outbid your competitors. Else require some good SEO

    All the best.

Find SerpAttacks, it's in blackhat SEO tools.
It would probably help you out a lot with your research
