I wish I could help you but I'm busy with some other projects but let me tell you de-indexing is almost impossible but what you can do though is get a lot more positive reviews that suppress the negative reviews which look a lot more legit and trustworthy than the negative ones. May I ask how/why did you get negative reviews in the first place?

It wouldn't hurt to send me your URL. You won't be able to send PM but you can reply mine. I've got a few extra spoons to feed since it's a weekend! :D

Wonder why you got negative reviews. Shitty service perhaps?

we've had our share of really difficult clients who will slander and defame us in anyway possible by sending there friends to yelp and leaving fake reviews etc...yelp will normaly remove them but it takes them days to do it!

Scanning the SERPs, I only see one negative review (from Yelp), and you might be in luck. I clicked on it, and it appears to be gone. I see the Google Cache of it, which is from May 10th. I'm thinking it might fall off once Google tries to recrawl it. It looks like they merged it into your other Yelp listing.

Looks like you tried to escape your bad reputation by creating a new business.
I saw your reviews, damn dude, people hate you.

that's not what happened BUT you can see now why those reviews are bad. people think that....we franchised the business and changed the name and logo etc. please don't judge, yelp is a terrible place for small business

Yeah, I just found the review he was worried about merged into the new business listing. It might have actually worked out pretty well for him. Better to have a 3.5 rating than that 1 star rating.

OP, just a heads up, if there's any truth to these reviews, you'll be on a treadmill.

lol...not at all man! we train a lot of dogs for people with ptsd and other disabilities. I'm a service connected disabled veteran myself. unfortunately, these people can be very difficult to deal with due to mental illness, drug addiction, and prescription pill side effects.

Gotcha. Well, it looks like you resolved your ultimate problem. That 1 star will probably fall off within the next couple of weeks. It was rolled into your new Yelp account. Now you just need to work on getting that new Yelp score up.

Nothing strange about your facebook either, 30,000 fans for a local dog trainer.
    Seems legit.

I'm sure SEO can help your company, but just like you had a specific request for this particular issue, you'll need to define what you want done, then find the right person. SEOs have their specialties. Sure, you can find a well-rounded person, but unless you're looking to hire a permanent staff member, you'll have more success hiring people who specialize in what you want done.

If you have no idea what you want done, then it might be good to seek out an SEO who can do an audit and help figure out what your goals are. I'm sure plenty here would be willing to. My services aren't for hire, I just work on my own stuff, so I'll bow out and let others chime in.
