I started AM only about a month ago and have had only two sales so far. I see the huge potential in this field and I am pretty experienced with the internet so I learn fast. I am 21 years old and what I fear most is working for someone after finishing uni, so I will do maximum to build my own business, hopefully, with affiliate marketing.

My mom works in the office and she hates her job, I just want to bring money in my family so she can leave it and work in her garden and don't care for anything anymore. I want to make my parents proud of me, and I want to start fulfilling my dreams. I am willing to do everything to achieve them.

I see you have lots of good information what can not be found at otherplaces. I currently have about 8 squidoo lenses with very low traffic. I submitted them to bookmarking sites, made videos, but somehow nobody just wants to visit. Most traffic I have got is from yahoo answers after some serious spamming which got my acc banned, so I am not really sure what to do. I've tried article marketing a bit, but it hasn't given me great results. Maybe you have some good techniques which could get me started building traffic. If so, post links please.

Hello and welcome to BHW. Answ*ers is a great start...also don't worry if you get your account banned, just go and create 10 more :).

Articles can be very powerful, the trick is to look at what others are doing with their articles and copy them. Also look into a submission service like ArticleMarketer, they will submit your articles to hundreds of directories and many of them will be picked up by the G within 48-72 hours.

I completely understand your passion to not work for someone else, I'm the same exact way as I hate working for others, but understand working for yourself takes Persistence so be prepared to face some road blocks. But also know it can be done and you can make A LOT more money doing so.

    Rock on!
