Just joined the forum and glad to be here!

    I love this place!

Things have changed alot it seems - a few years ago, it seemed near impossible to find decent BH tools and knowledgeable people who shared information.

Looking forward to contributing where I can and trying to get up to speed on the latest tools and techniques.

If I ask the occasional total newbie question bear with me...:)

How about I answer with a story....

Once upon a time the US Gov didn't have as much of a hate on for online pharmacy, casinos etc. The search engines rewarded comment spam in a big way and you could still get somewhat honest developers in India to build blackhat tools for $0.75 per hour.

Yes I miss the good ol' days...

On a serious note, I've done well doing things white hat the last couple of years but somehow there is a perverse thrill playing the cat and mouse game where you can make a killing or get sites banned faster than you can build them.

Google has been hammering some of my nice clean sites recently and I ask myself if playing by their rules is really worth it anymore...

I reckon it's best to play both black and white to keep your income safe

I would agree 100% - BH is good for short term income while a person uses clean techniques to build a long-term income strategy.

loudNRG...thanks for the replies. Im sure if you've been successful at the game in the past and you can adapt you will come back.

Me on the other hand, I still need to find the initial success.
