Hello I have a budget of 200 to 300 dollars a month to buy a private storage hosting with a capacity of 20 TB, it has to be OFFSHORE AND IGNORE DCMA I need it to have good transfer speed, Now I am testing vsys host provider, paying 250 dollars a month but really the speed is sad, I tried to put a video and it cuts, the same goes for my zip and rar files. Please veterans in this help me

are you sure its the issue with server? are you using any async script to download the files or not ?

I would recommend you investigate your case with your current provider and after that move further to search new one. That issue can be on your side and I'm afraid with any other hosted solution you may have the same situation.

Take a look at Netshop-isp.com.cy Cyprus offshore hosting. Great support. Never had to wait more than 90 minutes for help.
The uptime is great. Not many features or add-ons for web site (no SQL, at least on my plan, for example). Mail system is superb, with spam controls, webmail and mailing list management about as good as one could want.

your server must have good connectivity, like 5gbps or more. Also, the server must be configured with multiple drives in RAID 10 or at least in RAID6 configuration.

hello run this code to test my download speed from my server. these are the results I have a 1gbps port, can someone please explain to me?
The problem I have is that I uploaded some videos to my site in wordpres and it plays the video but then if you advance the video it takes 3 or 4 seconds to play the video again, so I think it is the speed of the server.
$ iperf3 -c iperf.vsys.host -P 10
