That's right, my customers are still paying, but the limitation on our page's advertising makes it quite difficult to boost revenue.

Once a fb page ban appeal is denied, it’s almost impossible to recover it. Best move is to start a fresh page, warm it up slowly, and redirect traffic there.

I think you should use this banned fanpage as a satellite page and redirect the old followers to a new fanpage, because if the appeal has already been rejected, the chances of getting it reinstated are very low.

That’s good advice. But while all these procedures are ongoing, you can already create a page, ask friends to share it, and recommend following another page. There will be two, so the second one can be kept as a backup.
 
Once a page is banned and the appeal is denied, it’s very hard to get it back. Sometimes FB allows a second review if you can show clear proof the ban was a mistake, but otherwise the best option is to start a new page and slowly build activity again

We don't have our own support team, we can appeal but it won't work.

The practical solution is to create a new page, then take advantage of the old traffic (website, group, email…) to attract users back. Starting over from scratch is a bit of work but will be more sustainable in the long run.
