Hello everyone, I started my business a couple years ago, but only recently has it been picking up a lot of speed. I offer 24/7 answering/receptionist services to my clients, and I am looking to grow my business to 300+ answering service clients within the next 12 months. I get my clients from a mixture of telemarketing and email marketing. I feel like I am not growing my business fast enough. I have invested $0 in advertising, and I am trying to keep my expenses as low as possible. I would appreciate and return any good advice.

What I am looking to do:

Get more clients faster, any small to medium size business. Right now I only have 20 answering service clients. Any suggestion on how I can get more clients much faster? I am now closing around 2-5 new clients per week. Suggestions? I'd be happy to JV with current BHW Members.

What I've learned:

Over deliver on expectations and value, don't miss phone calls and always try to close the deal on the first call. I have a good amount of sales experience, but my pipeline is not big enough!

What I am currently working on:

New website for the new year. Adding/testing a project for additional revenues. Mass email campaigns that target small business owners, but I feel my email marketing techniques are not effective enough.

Hoping to make some connections and friends on BHW.

Pm me, i think i can help you to promote your business and get more clients.

Before I pm you would you mind going into more detail on how you think you can help?

Industries I am looking to attract: law firms, doctors, contractors, single member business owners, new business owners, transpiration companies, 24/7 emergency service providers

So you provide these services during working hours as well? Taht would seem like a hard sell as many of those professions like to have a physical presence for their clients.

I'm trying to understand your business model. So all of your office personnel are completely offsite from the client? How did you get those 1st 20 clients? Can you scale the method so that you can get double or triple the number?

Every client is different. Some clients are small business owners that have a full time job, therefore they need our 24/7 support. Other clients forward their calls to us after business hours. I could easily handle an influx Of 50 new clients within a weeks time. It's not a hard sell And my prices are very cost effective. The first 20 took a lot of telemarketing to acquire from myself personally cold calling over 1000 businesses. I still have some from the cold calls of the fence

My business offers off site receptionist services, inbound sales support, Customer service, full dispatching for towing companies and taxi companies. We are all about telephone support and we offer very good pricing.

Cold calling sounds like the solution .

but to gain more interest have you built a website and social media accounts for your sevices.

What have you done internet wise to promote your business.

But be advised i have seen people say they can handle this kind of business but over loaded in work and get crashed down .

You must state the amount of work you can handle, becouse
if i contact 100.000 clients of mine to add your service

and they all say yes add me as your client that hell of a challenge as working alone.

you are in a internet marketing website and beleve me some people have got lists in the million and some clients swear by them ,so just a good word from them from here only can get you clients but many clients.

like i said last person i new with same idea had 40 phone operators and still coluldnt keep up with the work load
they eventually lost all there contacts and bisiness went bust.

I think where many answering service businesses go wrong, is that they offer too much than they can actually handle. I can currently handle 100-200 clients, these clients being message taking and scheduling calls. I don't work alone, being that I am the owner I have plenty of help and call statistics to know when the inbound calls will come. I came to BHW for the opportunities and I know many businesses can benefit from my professional services. I'd be more than happy to compensate for business sent my way. Let's talk!!!

I have a website yes, and I have been conducting large email marketing campaigns. Other than that, not much internet marketing

Can someone point me in the right direction to a very large business mailing list that I can work with, advertise on?
