hello BHW peeps, i was offline for a little bit because i was just making a quick site, I've heard so much about adsense and CPA's and I heard that they are kinda hard to get in, Im going for them and I am sure I need a quality site to get in. So i loaded up my xsitepro and my orwell pro and this is the creation...

    Code:
    http://electronicsrivera.t35.com

Does it look dead or dull, Does it need more interaction or what. I only need atleast 1 review to reedit the site.

For Adsense, couldn't you just go to blogger.com and create a decent blog and apply for Adsense there?

That site above is on a free host. Not sure if it will be there long. I've heard the easiest way to get into Adsense is to create a blogger blog.

I don't know anything about the CPA's. Maybe someone else can chime in on that one.

If you want to sign up for adsense or any other program you really have to create a less spammy/generated looking site. You can create a simple blog, throw on a template and add a few posts. Write about something you know a little bit about because they manually review your site and it should make sense. The site you put the link up to made no sense and looked completely generated. Also I don't think the pop up will help much.

If you'd like some temporary free hosting to setup a site and a free domain (expiring soon), PM me and I'll hook you up with hosting until you get approved. Once you're approved you're on your own (since I'm not a host at the moment). I'm off for the night, but I'll get the PM in the morning if you want to take me up on the offer.

Edit: Just looked at it a little better, the site does suck, but I didn't even notice it had more pages until I clicked on Site Map. Either way it looks like a spam or just built for Adsense site. I've been with Adsense since the beginning (and my site was almost as bad) but from what I've heard they've gotten a lot stricter.

Don't use a blog creator program just find a host with Fantastico and install WordPress yourself (a few clicks to install), then add a template and write a few posts or steal articles and Markov them, then fix the English so it makes sense.

I edited my original post and added some info to it. That blogger idea takes too long. Azoogle is much stricter on accepting sites than google, they call you and want to see that your site at least appears to get traffic or can fit into what they offer.

    Kingdom,

A great way to get into CPA's and generally easier is to flow thru a good affiliate's referral link. I know it sounds promotional, but I am not offering mine, I merely giving you a great suggestion. If they deny you, it's imperative that you call them and tell them your a search engine marketer and at least get accepted and then go from there.

I agree with the blogger idea. You can sign up for a free account. Add two to three articles a day at different time intervals. No more than three, I used 2 a day and one day posted 3 articles. Anyway after 3-5 days you should have enough content up to apply for an adsense accounts. They do not like free host sites or pop ups or redirects etc. Once you get an account you can add the ads to other sites without prior approval. :)

I have to be honest with everyone here. I was able to get in the cpa networks without even showing them one page with content. It may have something to do with the fact that I own about 3000 or so unique .coms but on my application I sent them to a splash page about my company and explained how I could help them. Needless to say I was in right away. Now wih that being said Im not saying that thats the route to go but the point Im trying to make is the site that you signup with is at best a percentage of what it takes to get in.

And just to add more to the blogger discussion, there is something else that google loves quite a bit, and its google page creator pages. I see not much discussion has been given to these, but the get indexed very rapidly. There will be more on this and page creation in the Inaugural Issue of "BHWeekly" coming soon.....

you might want to consider semiologic pro... here's a short description:

    Code:
WordPress is the no-brainer choice when it comes to easy to use content management systems. But WordPress isn't perfect when it comes to internet marketing. There are gaps in functionality, ease of use and search engine optimization.
Armed with a solid background in marketing, usability and search engines, I set out to craft a bundle that puts [B][U]WordPress on steroids[/U][/B] — and [B][U]YOU[/U] in control[/B].

My site review without any flattering is the content makes me not willing to read it to the end. The word "study" is like rhyme of the first lines. It looks like a machine made keyword stuffing article. Let the software do the content spin, but search for better content sources. And what "Success University" has to do with electronics? It's completely out of context. If you write for the search engines, use that page just for creating inbound link to your sales page. If you wish to use the machine created content for AdSense, then take off all other links and use Google text ad at the top of the page and an AdSense Search form at the top right side of the page. Google has very good suggestions about what is converting the best. And try to use meaningful text that captures reader's attention. There are good PRL articles that you may spin with content generator to make it's content unique without much damage to the value of the contents. Keep on trying.

A little late to this but I'll put in my .00002pfening

    Adsense vs. CPA networks.

The requirements are totally different. I belong to (in no particular order):
    maxbounty
    linkshare
    paydotcom
    commission junction
    azoogle
    neverblue
    copeac
    cpaempire
    hydramedia

    among others.

I told them I do PPC on my application, which meant I had to talk to my AMs on the phone, but I never had any trouble. I just told them I've had some success with educational and zip offers at other networks; I've never been asked for any kind of proof.

Some of them won't even let you fill out the application without a URL. It's a required field. I send them throwaway .com I bought. I just put up a a free Wordpress theme on Godaddy hosting and three quick blog posts about being a munchkin cat enthusiast or some shit like that. Godaddy has very easy Wordpress installs (just call customer service and they can walk you through it in like 45 seconds. My rep even offered to do it for me just to save me the hassle) and changing the theme is cake once you're installed.

My total cost for the first month was $14, including the registration and hosting. I have my own domain, it got approved for Adsense with a total of 3 shitty posts and gets me into every network I've applied for so far.

    Hopefully that'll help.
