Hello Bar and Viper Bar are websites where you can create a "Header Bar" on a website, at the very top part of your site. Here's what i'm talking about:
It's the bar at the top where it says "Get free profitable niche ideas..." and has the subscribe box.
So these sites offer those bars. The first one is free up to some point, and the second one is completely free, according to the article i read...
Now, are these completely useless??
I ask because I Suck at coding. I can do some CSS (color, background, border/s, etc etc). And also maybe a [div], [span], [ul], [li], and other small stuff, i guess it's HTML or something... Anyway, point is i suck at coding...
But Even I could design a bar like shown in the screenshot. You know, give a div or span or something, give that a class or an id, use CSS to increase the width, set the height, give a background color, give it some border-radius and shadow and whatnot for appearance, use some padding and margin for positioning. Also insert some text, style that text, insert the subscription box into the code, and you got the same thing.
Do these sites exist purely due to the ignorance of the general public in relation to coding? Or do they offer something that isn't that easy to create?
I ask because i've never used the above-mentioned sites, so I don't know if they offer something which a noob "programmer" or whatever cannot create himself/herself within an hour?
