Okay theirs alot of health issues with just sitting down all day and what not especially if you arent the most of healthiest person to begin with. Me im healthy, I run, workout etc all that good stuff and I am fit (6 pack all that) but what happened to me was a pressure sore on my damn elbow from leaning all my weight on the elbow that I rest on the arm rest (that is solid wood) of my chair. Came out of nowhere was just reading something and bam felt a solid pain looked and it swole up, skin didnt break or anything dramatic but damn its a weird injury to get lol now I have this lil swollen elbow for now. so what I got now is a stupid timer clock that goes off every 20 minutes that reminds me too move, because I am the type of person that zones out on what I am doing. Like when this happened to me I was working on automating somethings and I never used this automation tool every before so basically learned it all in one night so guess I was on my elbow too long. anyways the program I use to remind me (break me out of the zone) TimeLeft, you can set it to ring an alarm or any mp3 you like every x amount of minutes, hours etc I set mines to every 25 minutes and then I get up and do some small excersive to pump the blood like jumping jacks, push up etc. for 5 minutes then I hop back on and back to work. Though I share this cause its just totally random what happened out of no where and I guess pressure sore are serious buisness if they get to far along.
