which one of these will you prefer to buy considering the following parameters

customization ability - all claim to be highly customizable

    noob friendly - same claims

easy to use and customize - same claims

    seo friendly - same claims

developers license rights - all comes with unlimited license for single user, but in case of thesis you have to buy $40 license for each site for client

price thesis - $147 - unlimited domains, single user
    headway-$147 ,
    unlimited domains + client sites
ithemes - $297/$497 unlimited domains + client sites

    support

what would you suggest or any other suggestions?

If you are looking for easy site layout and easy to customize without having to have a coding background go with Headway. I have used Thesis in the past but since i got headway thats all i use. It's drag and drop, allows for fast setup and a good forum with answers if you run into any problems.

I would use neither - there are better themes out there.

Thesis is the way to go. I have tried Thesis, Headway and run back to Thesis.

    Reasons:
    1. Thesis was tough for me to learn, but right now I feel I was stupid thinking I could do everything without knowing any code. That's all nonsense. If you are really thinking of unique designs, then coding is the only way to go. Good support at the forums and of course you have a lot of tutorials floated in different websites. I bought Thesis, got scared, asked for a refund, tried headway and other themes, finally ran back to Thesis with a developer's option (I'm no developer, believe me), but I don't regret it.
    2. My blog started at nowhere and reached PR 2 within 2 months of using Thesis and yes I ranked in first 10 for may of my keywords. Voila!!
    3. Prior to this, I tried Headway but you still need to code to get things perfect. I tried the new Headway - it is quite simple for the newbie (and that was me a couple of months back!), drag and drop features are amazing, but you still need code to get the fine quality.
    4. SEO, SEO, SEO is what Thesis is about and I guess it did its work for my blog.
    5. The support at Thesis is awesome. I get most of my queries answered within few minutes of posting my queries. The user base is huge.
    6. Quite a few free themes are already out in various websites, and the premium ones are also worth paying for (but I can't afford them yet, so I tried designing my own!)

I hope that answers most of your doubts. If you really want to make it work with Thesis, buy it because the support is what you pay for, not the Theme per se. And yes, you get lifetime upgrades with no questions asked.
