Headphones not working. There is not HeadPhone icon on control panel -> sounds

Hello,

I am using HP ProBook 6440b . The sound is on the laptop speakers ,and when I plugin the headphones the sound continue playing on speakers,not on headphones. Also there isn't headphones icon on control panel->sound-> palayback.

Who can help me to fix it ?????

Have you tried contacting the retailer or the manufacturer !?

Have you tried restarting your computer? This happened to me previously and after i restarted my computer it worked well.

I tried. Maybe its because of drivers. I am tried to install realtek drivers. Installed sucesfuly,I was asked to restart laptop, I restarted and there is NO realtek controler on control panel,or in audio drivers. Dont understand...
