Quick gameplan: Ask the agency to verify & add your ecommerce domain in Business Manager (Domains > Add & Verify). In the ad setup use a URL that matches a verified domain (or a subdomain). If they can’t add it, ask them to open a Facebook Business Support ticket showing ownership + ad spend history and request domain whitelist/change. Temporary workaround: use a landing URL on one of the allowed domains and redirect (risky—FB may flag it).
