Having some trouble with iframe

Hello,

I am trying to do iFrame on a CPA offer and having some trouble.

I want to put a email sumbit offer in the same page where i am incentivizing. (Hope u understand it) so that people dont want to go to another page.

Here is the code i used in index.html


Now in blabla.html, what i need to put? what code i need to use so that it double meta refreshes so that the affiliate page is shown to enter the email.?
