Having problems binding 2 exe files

I am using iexpress to bind two exe files to make money with PPI. However, I'm not getting any installs because it keeps coming up with an error message of "error creating process: The requested operation requires elevation" .. Anybody have any clue how to get the binded exe files to open correctly?
