Yes, more geos means more diverse reviewer pools and higher chance of a manual review catching your cloak. Keep geo targeting tight, especially when starting out.

I disagree with the other comments. It doesn't increase the risk of getting banned if your cloaking is of quality.

Targeting multiple countries in a single cloaked campaign definitely increases your risk because you are exposing your setup to more automated filters and manual review teams at once. If one specific region triggers a flag for circumventing systems the entire account usually gets suspended regardless of your other locations. It is much safer to isolate your campaigns by using separate domains or accounts for different geographical tiers to prevent a total loss of your infrastructure.
