First thank you all for looking at my thread. Today i transferred my website from my hostagotor account 1 to another hostgator account 2.
the domain.com is in godadday, i changed the DSN from server 1 to server 2.
i was able to see the website in the new domain (homepage) but when i cliked the other pages like contact us or different page even the category, it gave me the 404 error page not found message.
Below is the steps that i followed :
1-import the database from the server 1 to my computer (.sql)
2-download only the wp-content to my computer
4-change the DNS in GoDaddy successfully to the new server.
5-install a new wordpress in the domain in the new server (Blue default theme)
6-drop the table of the new WP database in the new server and export the old Database to the new server.
7-upload or drag the wp-content to the domain in the new server (overwrite it)

so i looked at my website , it was there but when i clicked in something it is page not found.

Any ideas where i was missing anything ?
    Thank you

When you have reinstalled wordpress you have lost the Permalink structure, instead reinstalling it why not downloading the whole website(including Wordpress ) then you upload to the new server.

Yes that should fix it , (also make sure to use the same .htaccess file in the new server)
