I've been dealing with someone from China and they said they need UNACTIVATED iPhone 4s's, with the receipt from Apple.

I've been selling them for a good $780-$790 each.

Anybody can shed some light on why these unactivated ones are better than ones obtained by and upgrade on a line for example?

    Thanx

I don't see the illegality of it all. I'm going to the store, buying 2 iPhones and selling at a higher price to a friend. That friend ends up moving them overseas to his relatives in China.

Apple gets their $650+tax. I get my profit. China gets its phones.
