Fatal error: Call to undefined method WP_Query::is_main_query() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxx/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/frontend/class-frontend.php on line 431

This is the error I get when I install Wordpress SEO by Yoast. I love yoast! But, it's not working with this website. It's a simple one page sales page with a flexsqueeze theme.

The error is what shows instead of the website when I active the plugin. When I deactivate the plugin, it goes away and the site comes back.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Fixed the problem with the last update which made the plugin freak out in the back-end. George if you have any other plugins running in word-press, you might want to turn them off and weed out the problem by turning on yoast and then turning on each plugin one at a time.

    Maybe that would help :)

But for me I have 17 widgets running and updated to the current version and all is good :)

I narrowed it down to yoast. Not sure what the issue is....

I deactivated and I'm going with all in one until I figure it out.
