Do you have enough content? It means 20+ articles with 500+ words, at least.

What's the theme of your content? Do you have a privacy policy?

where are you from? Some countries have hard time getting approval even if they are allowed. Do you know people around you, meaning location wise, that had their adsense approved recently? If your content is good that may very well be the case.

P.s. You can always buy adsense, but buy localy and with pin. And do a solid research before buying.

Why do you already have Google Ads on your site?

I don't, I use adblabla . com to promote my website by implementing their ad on my blog... The AdSense ad is syndicated in their code...

Your site is already overloaded with Ads and contains a pop under. It's no wonder Google aren't approving it....

Edit: You also have gambling ads. Google counts third party ads as content, so you're falling foul of that rule as well.

I was not using any other ad while seeking for AdSense approval.
I only implemented those after my last disapproval... I don't know what else to do...

So you have never had ads on your site until being rejected by Adsense?

A small tip: More ads do not equal more clicks.
