I'm brand new to creating my own business ( and being open minded, smarter, and aware of psychological points of success) hell, it's only been 7 months since i crawled out of the place no one wants to be in, but almost everyone had once in their life ( no ambition, no look on the future, procrastinating, not doing anything, being nothing really)
It's all changed. Im working on my mindset every day, staying out of the clutches of the "self sabotaging" thoughts, and keeping it positive by creating habits, fighting bad habits and emotions etc Overall learning where i can, and maybe most important of all: im never gonna quit.
I feel like that part of me is well on it's way to be on point.
But even if that is going well,. im still struggling to find out what im supposed to fill in my time.
I know what i want, my goal, my business plan, everything. But that's not the only thing you got, you also got business structure, tasks etc.
What im basically getting at is: I hear from every corner, people saying they are working at least 60 to 80 hours a week on their business. And while i cannot join them there yet ( as im working next to my fulltime job) I wouldn't even know what they are doing to fill that time up.
Maybe it's just because my business needs to start running before the real work comes in, but basically, i got these tasks at hand right now:
SEO: being outsourced by a good company ( i jump in for a few every now and then to speed it a bit)
Blog content: Most of it is outsourced, as i am knowledgeable with my industry, but not with writing.
Social media networking: doing that all myself, and it's going good, but im still able to have a lot of time available after doing the networking each day.
Suppliers: all fixed and nothing needs to be done until orders arrive.
Am i missing something? I feel like there is so little time i need to do to maintain this. Maybe it's just because there needs to be traffic/ flows of orders before the real job begins?
of course, the rest of the time i got left, i spend reading books or learning, which is also part of the job ( just indirectly.)
To give a bit more context: This company is selling through suppliers, not dropshipping, but more of the middleman type. Until i gain enough revenue to start making it private.
Maybe im just overthinking it, and should just spend the rest of my time learning through books and good succesful people.
PS: Im not doing paid adverts yet neither, im trying to keep it organic until i gained enough to fund ads.
