Have your pin urls been changed even if your domain has not been blocked?

I have a few stock / generic product images whose URLs have been changed to NY Times, other magazine sites and other blogs. I did not see any merchants or retailers. I know that Pinterest has been changing URLs of images here and there, but for blocked sites. I wasn't aware of changes being made to active sites until just now.

My site is nothing special; just WP w/ review posts. It's not even something I'm pushing now, just more of a placeholder until I put efforts into pushing Amazon products. The images were pinned a year ago. If the URLs are being changed, then I'll have to rethink this strategy.

Are you guys seeing anything similar?
