How many here have had a site deindexed by Google because you built links from ALN? Not your site on the ALN network, but a site you sent links to.

I have one that was deindexed.
I have four that have gone from ranking top 10 to no ranking, though I can't say it's 100% because of ALN.

+1 for de-indexed site I linked to using ALN but doesn't really matter as it was a test site

    No, none over here.

As far as all site's who had more or less, dozens of paid blog article's, have all recovered.

Two simple things I have done:

    1. Build a lot of natural linktext's - making the percentages like other high ranking authority site's.

    2. Getting high quality links from other relevant site's

    That's it!
Thought, I tried to complete these task's as good as possible.

I'm pretty surprised considering a) Google always said building links couldn't get you in trouble, ie a competitor couldn't get you deindexed b) links were always to 2-3 sites not just this one and c) I've built links to 80 sites in my network and this is the only one.

I've got one 7 month old site that received the "detected unnatural links" message in GWT but it's still indexed and ranked. Could be de-indexed soon.

I was penalized -5, I think I had 5 ALN links as part of a BHW service.

Pretty much all the sites that I built links to using ALN, or the like, have now been slapped around... None deindexed so far.

    A slap I understand, deindexed, that's crazy.

ALN sucks, I wasted money on a domain for it and everything and saw no ranking improvements

Thats not true to be honest. It used to work but I haven't used it for like a month now.

I didnt experience any de-index but I got slapped for a week or so for using networks.

ALN used to work well but from my little experience with Maulana's products, I will never use/buy anything that he is even remotely related with.

I find a bit weird for Google to de-index a website for the links it has. At the end of the day you didnt harm any website (code injection etc). You just participated in link schemes. Do you have decent content on the website?

I'm actually surprised that you were completely deindexed as a result.

Are you sure your content wasn't the issue? Or maybe some other variables that you are overlooking?

I've reviewed a few websites where the owners were adamant that they were deindexed as a result of ALN. I then take a look at their content, and low and behold they have several autoblogs on the domain and nothing but pure straight copied content.

Most of the time it isn't the backlinks that deindex a site, more than likely its the on-site factors that equate to a deindexing.

that means your link profile in that site is pretty bad...

i am saying this because that happen in one of my sites. not desindexed but sandboxed, i am still ranking for other keywords in this site.

    i learned my lesson...

Why bother backing ALN, the guy who runs it has no class. Not only that but aside from the fact that they have more blogs than other networks that are similar, they have a big bulls eye on their back and no matter what they think or how smart they think they are.... If Google wants to make an example, they are going to...

Get 10K links, loose 10K links, get 10K links, loose 10K links.... Even if they don't fall... it won't be long before people are sick of this shit. :D

you all haven't been penalised - you have just lost the links from deindexed blog networks. Simply build that many links again and you'll be fine.

Sorry dude this may be the case for you but I have sites that were in the top 5 for over a year and only stated using ALN 3 months ago... All at once they fell to the 4th - 8th page.

People assume that Google is fair and will not penalize sites for getting or loosing links. This is bullshit Google does what it wants and they are on a war path now. Making examples and using fear to control.

If you think that you can not get penalized by using links that Google doesn't like, you are dead wrong. :10:

That's what I thought originally, but a) your site does not get deindexed if you lose ALN links and b) your low comp EMD doesn't fly off the map either.

3 sites added into ALN were deindexed. 2 just recently.
