Don't eat anything with sugar in it for 7 days. I'm talking donuts, cookies, sodas, fruits, fruit juice, etc. Things like rice and potatoes are okay cause there's no sugar in them. On day 7, stop wearing deodorant. You should notice your armpits don't smell. If you want to have more fun with this, go an extra couple days of not eating the sugar, and still not wearing deodorant. Then eat something with sugar in it. Within a couple hours, you should notice your armpits start to smell again.

I'm not joking. I did this myself. I went on a sugarless diet for a week, and my armpits don't smell. I'm not wearing any deodorant.

No, and I don't plan to either. I prefer to shower instead of being sugar-free for one week.

The point I'm trying to make here is, sugar is a toxin. It's a poison to the body. The armpits expel toxins from the body, the bacteria on your skin eat the toxins, and emit the foul odor. Deodorants work by stopping your body from sweating. This helps to keep the toxins inside your body. This isn't healthy.

Sugar isn't healthy. It makes you fat, causes heart disease. I'm just saying, you get the added bonus of not needing deodorant when you stop eating sugar.

I did not say to stop taking showers. I said to stop using deodorant.

The body needs sugar to function or at least, food that converts to sugar. Everything in excess is harm to the body. Just keep it in moderation. Your armpit does not stink because of sugar. You just need to bath and keep a healthy lifestyle.

honey is sugar. specifically it contains fructose. fructose is the sugar I'm talking about. it's the poison to the body. things like rice and potatoes are okay, they're just pure glucose in starch.

Nope. Sugar in fruits is natural, we're supposed to eat them. If we were only supposed to eat potatoes and rice our whole lives, they wouldn't taste like potatoes and rice.

No amount of potatoes a day will keep the doctor away.

Here's a tip, stop eating processed food and instead of using a deodorant with tons of chemicals use squeezed lemon juice.

Seven years ago, I used to eat a lot of sugar, and barely any water. I would eat pancakes with syrup, candy bars, drink juices. I used to weigh 140 pounds and I'd get sick 3 to 4 times a year. When I stopped eating those and started drinking a lot more water instead, I haven't been sick, not one day in seven years. And I've never had a flu shot either. My average weight then dropped to 125 pounds.

Last year, I took it a step further. I stopped eating cakes and breads. Ate more meat, fish, butter, and stuck to eating one plate of white rice a day. I'd eat an occasional few servings of fruit a week. My average weight dropped to 115 pounds. My stomach is a lot flatter than it was before last year. Still haven't been sick in seven years. Never felt better in my life. It's like I have a different body than I did two years ago.

Anyway, here's a video explaining why sugar is a toxin.

I get what you're saying buddy, but every carb eventually converts to glucose - heading to the liver, brain and muscles. Not eating "sweets" just means you're getting more nutritional bang for your buck. Medium-chain-triglycerides are a great alternative to carbs since they bypass the blood/brain barrier.
I eat tons of carbs and don't smell bad - either way you're not going to put an ounce of measurable muscle on without carbs..this is my experience anyway. I'd rather be huge and smelly than weak and smell like roses - leave that to the women.

I was talking about fructose, not glucose. I haven't gone more than a week in ketosis cause I just felt awful and weak, like you've described. I do eat plenty of glucose (white rice, white potatoes, etc). But it's fructose that I'm saying is the poison here.

Fructose is metabolized by the liver, like alcohol, in order to turn it into glucose, and any excess is stored as fat.

What if your armpits do actually smell bad still and the lack of sugar has just changed how sensitive your nose is to that smell?
