I used it, but the system will or will not work depending on the niche. It is not like Google and is more inclined toward Bing, but the bidding strategy is very different. I had something on White Hat niche. I don't recommend using their services, better if you try something else for that money.

They are trash, they just terminated my account with 86$ ( only tested and spent 14$ ) this piece of shit said: My website got flagged by malware. When i visit it's a normal landing page. So yes they can go fuck them self, they report your page and then block your account

I used it long back. But, it does not give results and conversion like google ads.
I am using email marketing these days much better than ppc and cost effective too
