Hi guys, one quick question, i think that one guy trying to scamme. I paid him for VA for first month and it's passed 2 weeks i got nothing not a single project. It also passed few days and i stop to getting emails from him.
So today after 2 weeks i have opened a dispute. I wrote everything as it was since now.

What should i do next? To wait them to review it? To wait him to send some answer?

Have you ever get your money from PP after you bought some service?

    Thanks

I got my money back when a service was not delivered on time. The other party didn't even respond to PayPal's request for their side of the story. All you can do now is wait for the other party to respond and for PayPal to make their judgment but they are usually pretty good about buyer protection.

Chances are almost nil of getting a refund since PayPal doesn't look into the matters that involve online dealings.

If the seller mentions it's a virtual product in the dispute, I'm afraid you wouldn't get a refund.

afaik, paypal doesnt give shit about payments for services. your best bet is to pay with your cc linked to paypal and charge back the cc if you get problems

You probably get refund if seller do not respond before some years I bought ebook seller never delivered and didn't respond to my claim and then paypal refunded. But if seller respond and if it is digital product you won't get refund

Hey, Yes they will give you the money back , open a dispute with paypal directly and hopefully the seller dose not answer

( it makes things easier if they do not and also you will always win if the other party dose not answer the emails paypal send them, keep pressuring them and make it seam like you feel scammed eventhough you did ;)

I ordered a digital product for like 27$ and it did not work , they did not answer. Paypal will want you to "RETURN" the product back to them by REGISTERED mail and they want a copy of the tracking number to confirm you actually returned the product.. ,

so I just a stupid letter to the guy saying to take down his site and stop scamming people. and Vola you get your money back. I lost $3 for the mail but better then losing all $27 it will take like 1-2 weeks before they ask you to return the product. ( because they wait for the guy to reply) (BUT you keep emailing them every couple of days to speed things up)

I hope this helps and I hope I wrote clearly, let me know if I can help more. Good Luck !!!

Actually he respond immediately, and start to keep laying, how he sent me what i paid etc.. I tried to contact him in past 3-4 day and nothing. Also it passed 15 days, and i paid him for one month, for 15 days he do nothing, so i can also send to them our transcripts or something else? You think that can work?

Tangible = refund (no questions), non-tangible = no refund (stupid paypal policy)
