Have you ever experienced any problems on Fiverr for using templates for graphic design?

Hello guys, in the past few months i have collected lots of templates for logo design, flyer design, facebook covers design, infographics, video templates and etc.
Would it be okay if i open gigs for those services, so when i get an order, i use an existing template to provide the service? Does Fiverr allow this, do they take anything against you or remove gigs if you do this?

I also have some After Effects templates for videos that i want to use, would this work?
What about White Board videos? Can i use for example Sparkol Videoscribe and do the work from there?

Please share any experiences you have had with this.
I used to sell Social Media stuff, but their policies get more and more strict and they have "Denided" lots of my gigs, so i have to find something else...

Well to setup a site or banner or something using a template and getting paid for it is fine. However, reselling a template or charging people for a template you got somewhere else is questionable.

Question is, do you have any license to sell or use the templates commercially?

The templates are PLR so i guess i would be good if i make money from using them for my clients (not selling them). Can someone confirm this?
