what is the truth? did it work for you as promised or was it just a eye opener for potential on the internet?

As for me, making over 2gs a week online was something I decided to try on my own after failing with following ebooks I bought. However, those ebooks pointed me in the right direction and motivated me so I wouldn't say they are a waste of time or money.

My first experience was with that piece of shit Mark Warren's Ultimate Wealth Package. I didn't pay for his package, he offered it free, so I signed up. I went through the process, had all his fake people call me telling me they make millions and they will show me exactly how, all I had to do was give them my credit card so they can charge me $5000 for the training. Those idiots actually think I would give out my credit card for that shit? haha anyways, at that moment I thought to myself... Why is a millionaire on the phone talking to me working a 9-5 job? I got pissed at him and then he got nasty and hung up telling me i wasted his time.

I never give up tho, i slowly started figuring out my own shit, and i can say I am proud now ( :

Rarely will you make any serious money from the information in an ebook.

Making money online is not rocket science and does'nt require an ebook with "secret" knowledge, it mostly freely available online.

It simple economics really. Its as simple as finding a need or problem and filling or solving it.
The key is to think creatively and scale up.

Private enterprise benefits society because people are filling needs and solving problems. Rich people are either one of 2 things

1) People who won the lottery/or the "baby lottery" inherited money
2) People who were able to fill a need or solve a problem and sell it/scale it up

Those are the only two kinds of rich people. Those are the only ways to get rich.
 
I've never actually paid for an ebook. Why would I? Why would anyone?

I've bought a $500 ebook before that made me over $1,000/day. But the guy I bought it from I personally knew, and knew the method was ACTUALLY working for him too.
 
I never made shit with any e-book. On the other hand, I have made good bank with some of the ideas I have picked up here for free :)

People made good money with Gens ebook and still do. I have learned some good information from a few rare ebooks but all that information is here in the forum some good examples are Nick Flames Why So serious backlink method,shaqsquash's 100 a day method. These ideas are what make blackhat marketing so powerful.

Buying an e-book like that is nearly impossible to find.

You need to find an author who is smart enough and experienced enough to design a profitable system; yet at the same time this person needs to also be inexperienced and slightly incompetent that they are unable to maximize the profits themselves, thus giving it out to others.
 
I once bought a technique for 1k and it made me > 10k within 6 months, total worktime ~30 hours.

I don't buy any of those "hype" IM ebooks that are sold to thousands of people.
 
Yeah, but you need to know what you are looking for. The best example I have is a ewhoring one I bought a while back. Made $100 per day with that, slowly trailed off after 2 months. I also got a cookie stuffing one. Made $5k in two months from literally 10 mins work.

You can find a good one but you need to be prepared to pay the big buxs.

LOL your story reminds me of the guy on youtube giving the telemarketer the run around on the phone over a newspaper subscribtion. Anyhow, to answer your question, I cant attribute no ebook for full credit of any success or failures so far. There is just too many variables.

i only ever buy an ebook if i know the person who wrote it, and i know the person is geniune and it has potential.

These are hard to come by, but they do appear every so often i guess!

I'd rather work on my own methods and make some money from them rather than wasting time when 99% of the time it's either saturated or it's simply not cost effective!

I said that I didn't PAY for ebooks, not that I didn't read them.

I used to read all of them but I learned how to spot the bullshit after just a paragraph or two. Now I can spend more time studying what works.

BTW, are you menstuating? You should learn to relax a bit.

And yes, I am one of the smartest people you will never meet.:D
 
For me, I've downloaded whole bunch of fake books that never earned me a dime.
 
interesting thread..i have bough some cheap SHIT ebook afew years ago...

and my results are also same like shit...lol...what a waste of time..
