    Hey guys,

I have some bulk product that I think many of the people here could easily unload that I'd be happy to provide drop shipping for - the only thing is that this would be my first time drop shipping and am not sure how to approach it. Should I just whip up an online store and give affiliate coupon codes to affiliates to track their sales? Or maybe some people here have their own avenues/approaches in affiliate sales and wouldn't even need me to make an online store? Can anyone fill me in on the best approach in regards to setting up a way for me to drop ship that affiliates are comfortable with?

Also, regarding how much affiliate sellers get paid - typically what is a fair percentage per sale?

Sorry for hitting you guys with the rookie questions, just trying to get this ball rolling here and unload quite a bit of inventory :)

Thanks in advance for any help!

yeah, this is one that you need to do some base research on...

    1. First you need an affiliate software program. - Develop the website / affiliate program. ( iDevDirect.com (cheapest), HasOffers, many others)
    2. Then you can come up with pitch to the affiliates... Why would they push you, when they can make $5 for each person that signs up for free to a dating site? (It takes us 6-12 months on average to recoup what we put out.)
    3. Then you need to find the affiliates and talk them into pushing your product.

Most affiliates have no traffic and don't make any money online, even though you'd swear they did. That's the 90+%.
Some make some money... Some make a lot of money. (These guys are hard to find and harder to convince.)

    I hope I helped.
