Have problem with Sending PM. Need your help

Hi everyone,

I got a notice from BHW that I was not able to send any PM because I've reached my stored PM quota and could not send any further messages. I created some space by deleting some PMs, but nothing was improved. Then I deleted all of the sent messages, but it seems no space was created

Even I could not report my issue to Mod/Admin as I could not send them PM or Visitor messages.

Can anyone tell me what problem I am having? and what's the solution?

I have sent a private message to Oldsalt(seems like the only mod i could think of) about your problem. Hope that helps

Were you a JrVIP before?

Regular members have smaller mailboxes

You are right, W130SN. what is wrong with JrVip members? Did they make any change for those? I am curious to know.

Basically, he's saying that your Jr VIP subscription has expired, therefore your PM box has been reverted back to normal limit.

Oh really? I didn't notice about that because I tried to delete a lot of PMs and I thought it would give me more space.

Globolsales, you were Jr VIP before which allows more PMs to be stored and now you're not. (I don't have any visibility into the admin side so I'm guessing your jr vip expired?). If your Jr VIP expired, you really only have two choices: Either get Jr VIP again or reduce the number of PMs to <500 so you're under the limit.
