Have pre-set set of report reasons to choose from

Every time each of us reports a comment or a thread we need to write the reason. While that's not that hard to do, the vast majority of the reports are probably referring to the same five or six reasons.
Having them in a drop-down will help the mods who deal with it to scan through the reports faster because more of the reports will use  consistent wording.

There can be an option to add a comment or choose an 'other' option and manually fill in the reason for reporting.

Great idea. Along with “Other” there could be an “Emergency” or “Urgent” option as most reports are spam and can be dealt with at leisure, occasionally there are reports that need to be dealt with asap.

This will also help create a priority list for the reports, great idea @roydan.

I've seen this on other platforms. I'll add this as a discussion point for our next team meeting.
