Hey guys hope everyones doing good, I had a question or two about webcam / adult affiliate programs. I have 20-30 girls interested in cam modeling, and I can get many more without a problem. My question is, are there any recommended programs where I can be compensated for recruiting/signing up models opposed to driving viewers? On top of that, my other question and biggest hinderance in pursuing this is the revshare idea. Are these girls working purely on a commission based model or are there any programs that will pay them a flat hourly pay like xx.xx per minute/hour etc. What can they expect to make? I know there's a lot of variance in answers to that question but if anyone has experience in this sector maybe you could give me a general idea for a pretty chick. I don't want to sign them up on a revshare scheme if they're not going to have a good opportunity to make profit. Instant payouts for model recruits maybe?

I have so many guaranteed leads I feel like it's a shame to do nothing with them, I personally have never dabbled in anything adult or worked with adult affiliate programs, so yea.

If anyone has a good chunk of experience in this sector and can impart some wisdom and information, I'll happily sign up under your ref link.

    Thanks broskies

I have a project in mind about recruiting models as well. But seems the affiliate programs to monetize this traffic are not reliable. I read many bad reviews about all them. Small networks run by a few people.
