Have No Clue What to Do With 150 Sites over 55 IP's

I am honestly stuck, and not because I can't come up with ways in which the websites can make money but which is the best and the easiest to manage.

The back story is this, I have these 150 websites spread across 55 C-Class IP's. I am currently closing of doing client work, so I still have these websites left over. In September I am going back to school, so I won't have time to deal with online marketing, at least not that much.

But I still want to make some passive income. I'm not sure what direction is best to take to make the most of these websites, there are a lot of them so its difficult to manage, but for the right money I can do it.

I was thinking of selling a service such as $250 a month for your website to be put across the entire network, and the links will be main page, so you will keep the page rank and link juice unlike the other link building services. In return I keep sending links to these sites to make them stronger.

Let me know what you guys think.

What are page rank of sites?

Ranging from 1 to 4.

Most are 2 and 3, like five are 4, and a few are n/a (temp) because I recently built them.

What were they used for previously?

Well currently they only have a few links going out, and that is for an adult business in a local city. That is either in the blog roll or in the article content. Other than that nothing else is being done with them they are just sitting there.

Well that's my point, would you pay $250 a month for 150 home page links across a network like mine?

The reason why I don't like BMR is because the links disappear from the home page and they turn into regular page links, which are still good but still they have no page rank on them.

Are the adult links going to stay on the sites? If so, I would not be interested.

I guess this would be perfect for someone who is running a legitimate adult business that needs links.
