    Hi all,

Im looking at setting up a few new websites with adsense on, I know that its difficult to make money with it, especially when starting out, but im willing to spend a lot of time to get things right. So far ive come up with the following steps that im going to do for each site, have i missed anything?

    1.Find a Niche
2.Find a micro niche, high paying keywords, low competition, decent search volumes
3.Register a domain with niche name in domain name
4.Setup web hosting, good template etc
    5.Write several articles for website
6.get backlinks, submit articles to article directories

How does that sound for a basic plan?

    Thanks!

    that sounds pretty stable.

Once you have a good article base, make sure to promote your blog as much as possible. Post to directories, post to bookmarking services, post in forums, use software like PRStrom or Forum Submitter, use Yahoo Answers and so.

If you have a bit spare money, buy traffic but not nessesary if you're just starting out.

It's always good to outsource a bit of work. For example article writing or promoting - that way you have more time for other things. But it all depends on your money situation and don't spend too much as you're not sure how much adsense makes you - I didn't make much yet.

Thanks for the reply man, appreciate the help.

One more thing, is it more beneficial for me to register a domain name? Or will I get the same results using a free blog such as blogger?

    Thanks!

Registering a proper Domain name will definitly help you a lot! You get better search results and people look at your blogg totally differently as you use blogger or blogspot. Go for a domain - it's worth it :)

No Problem, hope it helped! Wish u good luck and keep us posted. I've tried this method but didn't really find the right niche and gave up too quickly. So don't make the same mistake ;) You can do it!

Sounds like a really good plan, I just have one bit of advice. Don't get obsessed or attached to the site if it doesn't perform. Just move on. You can spend forever "tweaking" a site and it still may not be a ace. Just move on to the next project until you find the right one.

Ok will do, thanks again guys, think I may have found my niche, one last question for now though; im using google adwords tool to find my keywords, the niche i've found has a few keywords I want to use however the search volumes for the month are between 700 and 1500, is this too low for any decent kind of traffic/revenue?

    Thanks!

well the number you must be looking for is 200 searches a day minimum some say 500 a day if you have less than 200 a day it will take you a lot longer to get to where you want.
