Have i been fooled buying fake traffic?

Hello,
i have bought 30 k visitors for my pakistan site from a guy who pretend that he sends real and human visitors.when i check my google analytics(i check service provider of visitors and its reliability in tools.tracemyip.org) i see that he really send visitors from pakistan who uses valid isp(so they are not the fake visitors or the visitors who use vps etc),but at the end of month,we got Sri Lanka in our alexa rank and not Pakistan!
also i bought him 30 k visitors from Russia but again,we got Sri Lanka rank),point:this guy is from Sri Lanka.
so can anyone tell me what is wrong?does he use software or something which can fool Google Analytics and not Alexa?is there anyway to find if the visitors are fake or real?

Not sure what you want to do but honestly don't bother with fake traffic. It won't work and you won't fool anyone but yourself

What bothers me is that i really dont know if the traffic he sends is fake.the bounce rate is pretty good(56 percents),he send go-located visitors as google analytics shows me.but Alexa shows me Sri Lanka as the rank.so i'm not sure about the reliability and the quality of visitors.

If you dont integrate alexa code inside your website, there's a big chance that their metrics are not accurate. I'd go for Google Analytics metrics. But better safe than sorry, try some other analytics platform like similarweb, or check out this link for some more: https://smallbiztrends.com/2015/12/15-google-analytics-alternatives.html

It's always fake.

Yes Google Analytics shows that visitors are from the countries that we have ordered and similarweb shows the countries like Russia and Pakistan as the rank and not Sri Lanka that Alexa shows me.as Google Analytics shows,the bounce rate and visit's duration is good and it doesnt seems to be fake.so i wonder if Alexa is a ultra intelligent service who has detected that visitors are fake or it is just making a mistake in the contrary on similar web and google analytics.
