    Hello,

I have been trying to get sales in my shop for two months now but all I got was allot of traffic, a few add to carts and no sales.

    Details from my facebook ads:
    361.000 people reached
    13.000 link clicks

    Ad settings:
    Age: 15-21
    Regions: Worldwide minus the USA
    Languages: English

If I add all the add to carts, I get to about 24. There are no abandoned checkouts either.

I have spent more than 200$ on this and I would like to see some sales. Anyone knows what the problem for me is?

Gheghe I've seen this story so many times already.

361 impressions, 13k clicks and no conversions... Something must be seriously wrong with your whole setup.

PM your website, a screen of your FB ad(s) and your FB page and I will take a look and let you know what I think here (without the info of your site and page ofc)

What have they said to answer your concerns ?

You might want to remove your site details too from public viewing. Someone may decide they like the niche and have a try at ranking.

    My feedback:

    1) I don't like the domain name - there's no brand there, you've just put a load of words together and it doesn't work (in my view).
    2) The landing page main images are really poor quality. They look like someone with MS Paint and no understanding of fonts put them together.
    3) The first thing on the shipping page states 3-5 weeks shipping! No one will ever order from you if you quote this.
    4) You have no terms/return policy page (major thing to miss this).
    5) The site has major issues with the CSS.
    6) Create a decent site logo and create a decent brand name you can register the .com domain.

Have you tried advertising on your own first? 24 carts in 2 months is pretty small. It's easy to just send fake traffic on your site especially if you don't know what that person you hired is doing.

Stop wasting money on Facebook ads.

You need to build a decent site first - have a look here for some ideas to sites that work https://wemakewebsites.com/blog/90-best-shopify-stores-for-ecommerce-inspiration

It looks to me like you've tried jump onto the dropshipping/aliexpress bandwagon without a proper plan. Your site has random products that aren't identifiable from the domain/company name.

Alrighty, took a quick look at it all.

A lot have already been said and I share most of the thoughts.

I will start with FB: What already been said, the logo sucks! It looks like a google font or something but it doesn't show awesomeness or quality, you have no banner, no interaction, no engagement, everything that your brand name says it doesn't show at all.

Now I never target age 15-21, why? Because most of them are bums! Of course there are exceptions but a lot of times they barely have money and the little bit of money they have they spend on drinking, drugs and bullshit like ingame coins for app games, now, nothing wrong with drinking and partying at that age because that's all I did but when you were 16, were you saving money to buy that stuff you are selling? I sure didn't.

So and this counts for all your social media accounts and websites, have a bad-ass logo, where possible bad-ass banners and get used to software like mass-planner because you will be needing to be active every day! Now if you came prepared instead of being impulsive you could have spend that $200,- on some kickass logo and other attributes which aren't even that expensive, I recommend @nanohits their company makes awesome stuff, check it out.

The website, I find this inventory a bit confusing, on one hand you seem to focus on one particular niche but on the other hand there are items that are totally different, also it doesn't have a good structure, everything is just dropped together on pages, I would choose for proper menu navigation, so if I would want to look for shoes I can click a button that says shoes and not a button that only says "catalog" and directs me to a page with everything cramped together.

Another thing that annoys the fuck out of me and makes no sense at all is that continues popup that says "x user bought shoes" you barely got items, none of them have ratings, who the fuck is going to believe that shit lol, I know it's used and advertised to improve conversions but it's not working for your website yet!

I don't mind the minimalist theme but it needs better structure, mega menu, more info etc.

What's next, ah yeah, the FB ad. It doesn't even look that bad actually but the logo, as said sucks, and the text is nothing special that attracts me, if it said somewhere "buy one get one free" or the first x persons get one free I would be interested but this only works if you have a FB and website that is very exiting so you get upsells.

Instagram, it looks all happy and stuff but again the logo is killing it and also your brandname doesn't really fits with what your selling. What you are lacking on FB you are overkilling on IG, don't need that many post a day yet plus they are all the same sort which makes it more like a fan page, also be engaging from the start on all your social media accounts, someone makes a comment, you comment back and like their post, someone visits your FB and likes something but didn't like your page, invite them to like your page etc etc.

As I said from the start, I've seen these kind of failures many times and they are almost all the same, started unprepared, thought to easy about it and instead of taking a time-out you spend more in the hope to get back what you invested, stop that shit! ;)

To be really honest, the niche you choose, I think it's shit but on the other hand I think you can sell anything if you come prepared.

Anyway, don't see this $200 as money down the drain, see it as an investment in the future because if you didn't do it you wouldn't know what you did wrong so you paid for experience which will help you down the line ;)

And ffs we are a trading nation it's already in our blood so unlock that shit!
