A bit of a strange request for help but please bear with me. A friend of mine has a boat for sale in Mallorca (Spain) and has had it with one or two agencies for a couple of months but he does not feel that they are trying hard enough to sell it.
He rang me today and made an offer that if I was to sell it for him he would give me 25,000 pounds sterling (nice) The boat is valued at 1.3 million. Obviously in todays economic climate there are very few people about with that kind of ready cash available, but a commission of that size is nothing to be sniffed at.
The question I would like to pose to you is if you had this chance, how would you go about marketing it ?
